Après un parcours de plus de 30 ans au sein du Groupe AIRBUS et au GIFAS, Bruno du Pradel a décidé de mettre à profit son expérience, en proposant trois missions principales:
- l'accompagnement institutionnel d'entreprises Françaises à l'international;
- l'aide à l'implantation, et/ou au développement d'activités, d'entreprises étrangères à Toulouse et en Occitanie;
- le soutien dans le management des Affaires Publiques Internationales.
After more than 30 years with the AIRBUS Group and GIFAS, Bruno du Pradel has decided to go on his own, by proposing three main missions:
- Institutional support for French companies operating internationally;
- Support to foreign companies to set up and/or develop their activities in Toulouse and the Occitanie region;
- Support in the management of International Public Affairs.
Titulaire d'un MBA obtenu à l'EM Lyon en juin 1986, Bruno du Pradel démarre sa carrière au sein du Groupe Bail Equipement, à Nice puis à Lyon, et intègre ensuite le siège d'AIRBUS, à Toulouse, en janvier 1990.
Au sein de la Direction commerciale, il est successivement en charge d'administration, puis de négociation de contrats de vente d'avions, avant d'assumer la responsabilité des ventes d'avions "Corporate Jet" aux Gouvernements. Cette expérience commerciale le conduit à réaliser des missions, pendant près de 15 ans, dans plus de 70 pays, notamment au Moyen-Orient et en Europe de l'Est, mais également en Europe Occidentale, en Asie, en Amérique latine, en Afrique...
Bruno du Pradel graduated with an MBA from EM Lyon in June 1986. He began his career with the Bail Equipement Group in Nice and then Lyon, before joining AIRBUS headquarters in Toulouse in January 1990.
In the Commercial Department, he was successively in charge of administration, then negotiation of Aircraft sales contracts, before taking over responsibility for sales of "Corporate Jet" aircraft to Governments. This commercial experience led him to carry out assignments in more than 70 countries over a period of almost 15 years, notably in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, but also in Western Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, etc.
En 2004, Bruno du Pradel rejoint la Direction des Affaires gouvernementales du Groupe, en charge du soutien institutionnel aux activités commerciales. A ce titre, il assume les relations avec les organisations gouvernementales et institutionnelles, et pratique la diplomatie économique à haut niveau, notamment avec les réseaux diplomatiques et consulaires Français et étrangers.
Nommé Directeur des Affaires Internationales et Européennes du GIFAS en 2021, il contribue alors au rayonnement international de l'industrie aéronautique et spatiale française.
In 2004, Bruno du Pradel joined the Group's Government Affairs Department, in charge of institutional support for commercial activities. In this role, he was responsible for relations with governmental and institutional organisations, and engaged in high-level economic diplomacy, notably with French and foreign diplomatic and consular networks.
Appointed GIFAS Senior Vice President International and European Affairs in 2021, he did contribute in this position to the international reputation of the French aerospace industry.
Parallèlement à son parcours international dans l'industrie aéronautique, Bruno du Pradel est nommé Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France, par décret du Premier Ministre, en 2009; il exerce actuellement son 5ème mandat consécutif, après avoir été pendant plusieurs années Vice-Président du Comité Midi-Pyrénées des CCEF.
Complétant utilement son expérience à l'international, Bruno du Pradel est également Consul honoraire de Finlande depuis 2012, date de sa nomination par l'Etat Finlandais. Il a été Secrétaire Général du Corps Consulaire de Toulouse.
In parallel with his international career in the aeronautics industry, Bruno du Pradel was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor by decree of the French Prime Minister in 2009; he is currently serving his 5th consecutive term, after having been Vice-Chairman of the Midi-Pyrénées CCEF Committee for several years.
Rounding out his international experience, Bruno du Pradel is also Honorary Consul of Finland since 2012, when he was appointed by the Finnish State. He has been Secretary General of the Consular Corps of Toulouse.
